Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
Minimum of 4 years of proven track record to write high-quality code in at least one programming language, with valued proficiency in any of Go, Python OR Java and the ability and desire to quickly learn new languages
Strong understanding of key infrastructure principles (networking, TLS, authentication) that underpin modern backend and frontend application development
Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals: object oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and distributed systems concepts
Solid understanding of software design principles and patterns for building maintainable systems
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools
Awareness of security best practices and secure coding principles
Experience with Kubernetes

Candidate will be joining a team that manages and operates back-end infrastructure for a portfolio of enterprise systems. We are looking for a talented back-end engineer to join our team in India, where they will contribute to building innovative, scalable solutions that advance our platform roadmap and help shape the future of our enterprise services ecosystem. As a Software Engineer you will need to be involved in following tasks :

– Design and develop software components to serve a growing business area
– Make technical design decisions that support the long-term health of applications
– Implement and standardise strong engineering practices (unit testing, CI)
– Provide mentorship and debate practices with other specialists, lead code reviews and meetings
– Communicate directly with stakeholder to gain a deep understanding of their problems
– Assist support teams through creative problem solving and sharing your expertise
– Interact with and present to stakeholders at different levels and locations
– Working with team members locally and distributed across locations and timezones
